At Flooring Revolution, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your flooring isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return unopened and undamaged boxes within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Shipment
Ensure all flooring planks or tiles are in their original, unopened packaging and securely stack them on a pallet if necessary to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Arrange Transportation
Schedule a pickup with your preferred carrier or use our discounted shipping labels; please note that customers are responsible for return freight costs unless the product is defective.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus any applicable restocking fees.
