Do you offer samples before I make a full purchase?
Yes, we offer high-quality samples for most of our hardwood, laminate, and luxury vinyl products. This allows you to see the texture and color in your home's natural lighting before committing to a full order.
What are your shipping rates and delivery timelines?
Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination. Most in-stock orders arrive within 5-10 business days. Large palletized orders are delivered via curbside freight, and the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.
What is your return policy for unused flooring?
You can return unopened, resalable boxes within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs on heavy freight items.
Are your products compatible with underfloor heating systems?
